June 21, 2003 PEOPLE As we bike across this wonderful country, It is the people that seem to matter. They provide a bit of respite, They provide a lot of color. It might have been Mr. Phillip, in College Park Cycles, Or maybe it was the cop, on Ohio Highway 7, It could have been Jason Reser at Reser Cycles, Covington, But it might have been Billy Hall, sagging us to Marshall. There will be many, many more, as we go biking along, There are many places to go, and many people to see. Who will be the important one, no one now can tell. Who has the most impact on our trip, Will not be well resolved. Suffice it to say that the people we meet, Are important to our cause. We are happy as heck that we travel alone - We don't have to share these gems! Ron
